Warm Homes: Local Grant
- Provides free energy saving upgrades for low income, mains gas or off grid households.
- Energy performance upgrades: up to £15,000 for insulation, draughtproofing, double/triple glazing, solar PV and battery storage – aiming to reach EPC Band C.
- Low carbon heating: up to £15,000 for air or ground source heat pumps, particularly for off grid homes using oil or coal.

Energy Company Obligation (ECO4)
- Provides support for insulation and heating upgrades.
- Eligibility: low-income households with EPC ratings of D–G.

Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)
- Offers insulation upgrades for homes in Council Tax bands A–D with EPC ratings of D or lower.
- Aims to reduce energy bills and improve home warmth.

Boiler Upgrade Scheme
- Offers grants of £7,500 for air or ground source heat pumps and £5,000 for biomass boilers.
- Eligibility: property owners replacing fossil fuel heating systems.

Disabled Facilities Grant
- Funds adaptations to make homes more accessible for disabled residents.
- Eligibility: homeowners or tenants with a disabled occupant.
