Grants for Homeowners in Cornwall

If you’re a homeowner in Cornwall planning to build a new house or renovate your existing property, there are several local grants and schemes that may assist with costs. These programmes aim to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and support sustainable development.

Warm Homes: Local Grant

    • Low carbon heating: up to £15,000 for air or ground source heat pumps, particularly for off grid homes using oil or coal.

    Renewable Energy Support

      • Assistance for installing renewable energy systems such as solar panels and heat pumps.
