Warm Homes: Local Grant

East Devon District Council – Energy Efficiency Funding
- Provides funding for energy efficiency measures to improve home comfort and reduce energy bills.
- Assistance may include insulation, heating upgrades and other energy-saving improvements.

Exeter City Council – Home Improvement Grants and Loans
- Offers grants and loans to encourage property owners to install low carbon heating systems such as heat pumps.
- Aims to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in homes.

Teignbridge District Council – Healthy Homes Grant
- Provides grants up to £2,000 for emergency or urgent repairs affecting health or safety in the home.
- Applicants must be in receipt of a qualifying benefit.
- Help is limited to a total of £5,000 over a rolling two-year period.

Mid Devon District Council – Home Adaptation Grants
- Offers grants towards the cost of adapting homes for disabled residents.
- Works recommended by an Occupational Therapist may include installing ramps, stairlifts or accessible bathrooms.

North Devon Council – Housing Grants and Loans
- Provides energy efficiency grants and loans for home repairs, improvements, and adaptations.
- Available to homeowner-occupiers, landlords, and tenants.

- Provides Home Repairs Assistance loans for essential repairs to homes.
- Low-interest loans up to £15,000 are available to owner-occupiers.
